Skip is a life-long Georgian, currently residing in Dublin, Georgia. Skip attended The University of Georgia, graduating with degrees in Economics and Political Science. Throughout his career, he has directly helped hundreds of people achieve the dream of homeownership through mortgage origination and partnering with financial institutions.


Known for his direct and straight forward, yet humorous style, Skip started coaching and training clients several years ago. Now, as CEO of Kairos Sales Group, he specializes in growing business in the mortgage, banking, real estate and related fields to help professionals close more, do more and be more.
