    Honey Shelton is a nationally recognized culture strategist with a career dedicated to shaping high-performing workplaces and building exceptional leaders.     Honey began her career in banking, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face in fast-paced, people-driven industries. In 1983, she founded InterAction Training, a national professional development firm that became a trusted resource for banks and businesses across the country. After selling the firm in 2020, Honey took the helm as CEO of SBS CyberSecurity, where she focused on cultivating a best-in-class culture while delivering critical expertise to clients. Today, she continues to serve on the SBS Board of Directors and consults with organizations seeking to elevate their leadership and culture strategies.
