She is also passionate about mentoring and coaching professionals, helping them grow, lead, and advance in their careers. She holds certifications in coaching, instructional design, sales, strategic and community facilitation, and problem-solving. A speaker, trainer and mentor, Becky has presented at industry conferences, including the Bank Trainers Conference, and serves on the IBA Banking on Women Committee, helping learning professionals drive innovation and growth.
