If a third-party vendor is managing your OFAC program, then what due diligence is required? Who do we check for OFAC? How often do we check the OFAC lists? What do we do if there is a match? These issues, as well as our recordkeeping and third-party vendor management, will be a part of the 2025-2026 examination landscape. Learn more during this program.

  • Conduct a compliance review of your program.
  • Check your four pillars and see if your risk assessment is appropriate for your program.
  • Introducing training and sanction search through OFAC.
  • Update record keeping and match procedures.
