Your rewards can be redeemed during the checkout process. Once you select and apply your reward during checkout, points will be deducted from your points balance. Note that only one reward discount can be applied per order.

OnCourse Rewards is our customer loyalty program. As you make webinar purchases online, you will earn 1 point per dollar spent. Those points can be redeemed for dollars that can be used on future purchases.
Simply log in on our website and look for the Rewards link in the drop-down under your name. You’ll then be directed to your rewards dashboard where you can view your available points balance, your earning/redemption history, the various ways you can earn points, and the rewards you’ve earned.
You will be automatically enrolled when you make your first webinar purchase to earn a 200 point Welcome Bonus! You will then receive 1 point for every dollar you spend on webinar purchases online.
Yes. Your unused OnCourse Rewards points will expire after 12 months from the date of your most recent purchase. Be sure to redeem your rewards prior to the expiration date as your points and rewards are not transferrable. You can check your expiration dates in your rewards dashboard.
No. The OnCourse Rewards program is only available to individual webinar purchases. The Webinar Subscription Service does not apply.
No. Once you redeem your earned points for rewards towards a purchase, those points are non-refundable.
