Refund Policies
Webinars
Refund requests for webinar purchases must be received in writing or via e-mail by OnCourse Learning a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the start date. No refunds will be issued less than three (3) business days prior to the start date; however, students may receive a credit equal to 100% of the original purchase price to use toward the purchase of a future webinar. No refunds or credits will be issued after one year from the date of purchase. All credits must be used within twelve (12) months.
Live/Webinar Class Change Fee:
Live or webinar class change requests will be honored, at no cost, for all students who inform an OnCourse Learning representative one (1) or more business days prior to the course start date. Rescheduled class dates cannot be guaranteed and will be based on availability.
Webinar Cancellation Policy:
OnCourse Learning reserves the right to cancel any live or webinar more than 72 hours before the start of the class. An OnCourse Learning representative will make a reasonable effort to notify students of cancellation via phone or e-mail. Students will then be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the course or credit toward another course of equal or lesser value. No partial refunds will be issued. OnCourse Learning will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the webinar.
Webinar Subscription Service:
All Webinar Subscription Service purchases are final. Purchasers are not eligible for a refund of unused tokens.
